
The staff of Morton Township Library offers exciting programs for our youngest library users. From tots to teens we promote the joy of reading and a love of the library.

Story Hour is designed for children ages 3-5 and features exciting stories, songs, fingerplays, crafts and games. A great way to promote pre-reading skills, listening skills, an increased attention span, excitement about reading and a love of the library!

The Tuesday and Thursday sessions are the same program. Please choose one day to attend.

This program is designed for walking toddlers ages 18-36 months and caregivers. It features interactive stories, songs, fingerplays and circle games appropriate for our littlest library users. It's never too early to begin nurturing the joy of reading! Each session concludes with play and socialization time.

Discovery Club is designed for 3rd, 4th and 5th graders. Club members will enjoy games, snacks and a variety of activities including art projects, cool science experiments, scavenger hunts, problem-solving activities, and much more!
Miss Juliane, the children's librarian, will meet all participants at Mecosta Elementary and supervise them as they walk from the school to the library.
